We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B sales professional to become appointed as aTrainee Recruitment Consultant.
Located at our flagship offices in Burton on Trent, the role would expect you to develop aclient and candidate database in a targeted geographical area throughout Burton and surrounding areas.
Whilst exceeding sales targets and KPI's, additional support will be required servicing the already established and successful temp plan.

Key Duties:
- Full 360 Trainee Consultant role supplying temporary or permanent workers into the Road Haulage and Distribution markets
- Business development, conducting sales/cold calls and networking to gain new business
- Exceed sales targets and weekly branch budgets
- Arranging meetings with new and existing clients (online & face to face - COVID dependant)
- Buildingrelationships with clients through understanding of recruitment needs
- Account management
- Ensuring clients are well serviced and maintained
- Attracting candidates by drafting and placing adverts via online job boards and social platforms
- Source, screen, interview, evaluate candidates and complete reference checks
- Matching workers to vacancies
- Working hours are 08.00-17.00 Monday - Friday (subject to work load)
- Rotating on call duties required

- Successful business development skills
- Account management skills
- Proven record of success
- Confident and able to sell atall levels
- Target driven
- Excellent level of customer service
- Must be articulate and enthusiastic
- Good communication skills
- Good Administration skills
- A self-starter with the desire to progress within their career
Benefits:- £21,000 per annum basic salary
