TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM:
* You'll join our business as a Graduate Trainee / Trainee Recruitment Consultant where you'll receive a thorough induction and extensive ongoing training to support you on your journey, this is very important if you want to become highly successful and a top earning Recruitment Consultant.
* We'll take aprogressive approach to your training and personal development, initially you'll focus on the candidate resourcing side of recruitment working closely 1:1 with a highly experienced Senior Specialist Recruitment Consultant. They'll help you to perfect yourcandidate attraction & screening techniques, gain a full understand of the full recruitment cycle and educate you on theirspecialism to enable you to become a true specialist within their team.
* Your role will progressively grow to undertake thefull 360 recruitment cycle whilst we continue to support you with ongoing training and development, as well as setting our clear objectives to enable you take both promotional steps with the company.
THE PERSON:
* For the Graduate Trainee / TraineeRecruitment Consultant role, you'll need some experience in a customer facing role such as Sales, Customer Service, Hospitality, Retail, Recruitment, and/or be a recent Graduate, ideally with a Business-Related Degree.
* More importantly, you'll needbags of confidence, strong communication skills and a positive forward-thinking attitude
* We use lots of different softwaresystems to simplify what we do, therefore, you'll need to confident around technology and be able to pick these up with ease.* Finally, we're looking for someone who is passionate about becoming a huge success, wants to achieve financial freedom andthat wants to build a long term in recruitment.
