As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, Here's What You'll Do:
* Proactively identify and approach potential clients in your specialist area, building and maintaining strong relationships.
* Utilise your knowledge and expertise to present compelling recruitment solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits of partnering with Get Recruited.
* Collaborate with clients to understand theirhiring needs, culture, and business objectives.
* Source and attract top talent using cutting-edge recruitment technology andplatforms.
* Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments to identify the best fit for our clients.
* Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing comprehensive support and feedback.
* Negotiate offers and manage the placement process to ensure successful outcomes.
* Building your reputation and personal brand as the 'go to' recruiter within your specialism (you'll be focusing on one of the following; Sales, Marketing, Accountancy & Finance, Insurance, Executive & Management or Business Support)
* Stay updated with industry trends and developments, offering valuable insights to candidates and clients.
* Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company through teamwork and collaboration.

* Competitive base salary of up to £23,000 and uncapped commission structure that rewards your success. (Realistic On target Earnings Year 1: £35,000, Year 2: £50,000, Year 3: £60,000 to £100,000 +)
