As part of our dedicated team based in Bedford, you'll collaborate with experienced consultants who have established strong relationships with schools in the region.

* Fostering and expanding existing business relationships
* Identifying and securing job opportunities
* Attracting and placing candidates to meet client requirements, achieving revenue targets.
* Managing client and candidate relationships with a focus on satisfaction and quality
* Supporting team members and collaborate closely with theManaging Consultant

This is a full-time position with a minimum of 45 hours per week, offering flexible working hours between 7am and 7pm from Monday to Friday.
A validdriving license is essential as you'll be based in our Bedford office and will need to travel between Bedford and Buckinghamshire.
