THE TRAINEE RECRUITMENT RESOURCER OPPORTUNITY:
* As a Trainee Recruitment Resourcer, you'll be working closely with a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Managing Recruitment Consultant, who will give you detailed insights into their industry and will provide 1:1mentoring to enable you to be highly successful
* Key Responsibilities include; advertising vacancies, shortlisting & screening candidates, sending CV's to clients, arranging interviewing, conducting pre-interview briefings and making offers of employment to candidates
* In addition, as a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll undertake pro-active candidate searching using our internal database, job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify talent for available opportunities
* Ongoing training, development & coaching is in place with a clear development plan so you can take upward career steps when you're ready.
THE PERSON:* You'll need to be either a recent graduate or have experience in a customer facing role whether that be Sales, Customer Service, Retail or Similar.
* Looking for a Trainee Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Resourcer position with a view to taking steps into a Recruitment Consultant position.
* Strong communication skills with the confidence to communicate with senior levelcandidates
* Confident around technology and be able to pick up new systems quickly
* Genuine passion to build a long-termcareer in recruitment within a supportive business
